The Location
Centrally located directly between Stowe Mountain Resort and Stowe's Historic Village you'll find yourself immersed in all that Stowe has to offer. Discover hiking & biking trails right from your door via the famed Recreation Path, enjoy all the restaurants and shops along the mountain road, or head straight to the mountain for some of the four season adventures that await!
The Space

The home itself features views of the opposing ridgeline and Mt. Mansfield from the deck, living room and primary bedroom. During the Summertime, you can enjoy the deck while watching the sun set over Mt. Mansfield.
The main floor has an open concept kitchen, living, & dining area which opens up to the deck. The main floor also has one guest room with a king bed and adjacent full bath. Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom also with a king bed and the bunk room with 5 twin beds (2 bunk beds and 1 trundle). Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms along with a full laundry in the hall, and all beds feature new luxury mattresses and bedding. Both king bedrooms also have Smart TVs.
Downstairs is where the fun happens with a full game room featuring numerous arcade games, foosball, ping pong, and more. There is also a large Smart TV in the game room.
There is a full kitchen, but it you do not feel like cooking there are 2 restaurants onsite, just a short walk down the hill from your home. There are also tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, spa and salon onsite as well.

Jess and I met at The University of Vermont and spent the majority of our free time skiing and hiking all the trails in and around Stowe. We've always dreamed of having our own place in the area to be able to share the amazing lifestyle with our two young kids, and now we're fortunate enough to do so and also share it with you!
Evergreen Trails is that dream come to life. We've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful place for a family getaway. After spending the day on the mountain or in the town we love relaxing on the deck while watching our sun set over the mountains. The location is perfect and the Topnotch Resort is one of a kind.
The home is just a 10 minute ride to the slopes and the neighborhood is perfect for morning or evening walks or bike rides, as well as a short walk to the pools, spa, and resort restaurants. We're excited to make plenty more family memories and are happy to be able to offer Evergreen Trails for you to make memories in as well. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay perfect.

Great trip to Stowe. The house is close to everything. We enjoyed the biking, hiking, waterfalls, exploring the town, and swimming. The condo has everything we needed and was clean upon arrival. Best place to eat and have a drink was Idletyme (make reservations).

We loved this property! Gorgeous condo in a beautiful location. We had a 4 day stay with my family and we cannot wait to return! We loved everything about the property but if we had to pick a favorite it would be the deck at front of condo. A perfect place to relax, drink your coffee and take in the mountain.

All of the correspondence was excellent, staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. The house was great! We loved the open kitchen and spacious dining/living room with gas fireplace. We really enjoyed the beautiful mountain views as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very good size and well equipped. We skied every day but also used the gym, indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, tennis facility and went shopping in town and dined out a few times. We came for the skiing but also really enjoyed the tennis/spa and the shopping and dining in Stowe.

My family of 6 had a great stay at this resort home. It was very easy to access, clean, updated and spacious. Our primary purpose of the trip was skiing and head back to a rental to relax, cook meals and have family time. We would not hesitate to book this rental again.

This house was the perfect spot for our trip to Stowe! Centrally located between the slopes + the ski village and town with great shopping. The house itself was super clean and well appointed. We had all but one meal at home and found everything we needed for cooking and serving food. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults/young adults. We would definitely stay again.

Our extended family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We appreciated close access to Stowe and on site pool and spa. The condo itself was cozy but provided ample space (especially with the finished basement) for two small families to settle in for the week. The property was clean, well-maintained, and well provisioned. We would gladly return!
